Hi guys,

At the last meetup, Andrea brought about a good point. How dealing with difficult people can be a challenge and can affect your anger.

In this meet up, let's talk about ways where we can deal with our anger and how we can best manage people that most others find it difficult to deal with. It may be the case that some of us fall in to this category. But, we may as well do something about it rather than find ourselves being in a situation where people feel they are better off without us.

For people who are going to be at the meetup for the first time-

Anger management is a process. It's a habit that takes time to inculcate. If anger has affected you for years, it's not reasonable to expect results in one session. There are no magic tricks :) . Just some simple tools that we learn each month.

We talk about a basic issue- anger and how it is affecting our daily lives. We understand anger a little more and how it controls us . At the end of the class, we leave with 2 techniques. You go home and practice them for 10 minutes everyday. If it works for you for 30 days, you come back and we do 2 more.

    •  Very informative. Very relaxing location.
    •  I thought Navi was very welcoming and we shared a lot of thoughts and I felt very comfortable. Maybe cause it was only 2 of us including Navi. I guess the short turn out was actually prety good. Ofcourse it was my first meet but I would reccommend anyone who wishes to just speak freely to attend the next meet. It was as they say soothing.
